Guide to making finishers Empty Guide to making finishers

Post by Mr. Wanktastic Sat Apr 26, 2008 11:42 am

A good cost for your finisher is your Adrenaline Gain times 30, for example if your adrenaline gain is 20, you want the cost to be 600. There are other good methods to making a finisher. This is what i have found effective. I'm not including Submission finishers in this guide because I'm not good at making them. Also I'm not including Pin finishers because DD is better than Pin as Pin Bonus is pretty much useless.

Finisher #1

Required Position = Groggy
Suffered Position =
Stunned
Attack Bonus =
50 - Your base attack bonus. For example if you have 30 base, you put 20 in the finisher.
Bleed =
1%
Min Dmg =
If your adrenaline gain is below 30, put 0. If it is over 30, you can put about 1/3 of the max dmg to min dmg if you want.
Max Dmg =
After putting all other values, check the cost, and keep adding dmg until the cost is your Adrenaline Gain times 30.
Wrestler status =
Always.

Finisher #2

Required Position = Stunned
Suffered Position = Stunned
Attack Bonus = 50 - Your base attack bonus. For example if you have 30 base, you put 20 in the finisher.
Bleed = 1%
Min Dmg = If your adrenaline gain is below 30, put 0. If it is over 30,
you can put about 1/3 of the max dmg to min dmg if you want. High risk
is high pay often though.
Max Dmg = After putting all other values, check the cost, and keep adding dmg until the cost is your Adrenaline Gain times 30.
Wrestler status = Always.

Finisher #3

Required Position = Both wrestlers are running
Suffered Position = Stunned
Attack Bonus = 50 - Your base attack bonus. For example if you have 30 base, you put 20 in the finisher.
Bleed = 1%
Min Dmg = 0
Max Dmg = After putting all other values, check the cost, and keep adding dmg until the cost is about 10.
Wrestler status = Always.

With LVL-UPs add DMG only, Bleed and Attack Bonus are good enough already. Reason why I did this guide, is because I have helped half the Fed to make their finishers already, and thought it'd be easier for me if the others would just check it here rather than taking 15min of my time. Very Happy

nice work Doom. I agree. keep he bleed at 1%.

I will add that Attack bonus can be much lower if yo uare strength because strengths naturally have high attack.

also, I recommend having min and max damage set the same. The idea of a true finisher is to FINISH opponents every time it its. having a low min and high max jsut means that it finishes some time (probably overkill) and only hits mortal other times, leaving your opponent to get up.

It will have a lower max initially, but if the adrenaline cost is low enough, it will level up quickly.

nice work

I'll try that idea of letting min=max damage... In the redone finisher, that is a Pin and will reborn as a DD...

BTW, good guide Doom...

like Doom, I also am against pin finishers unless your speed. the base pin bonus is nto near large enough to make someone stay down. hit them harder and pin them easier.

hehehe
my finishers aren't so strong, but i though about it and is better to leave that way... 'cause they hit early and i won hundreds of first blood matches thanks to that... so i think it's better for me having my finishers the way they are... though i have no bragging rights for having over 1000 damage finishers...
